AnalogicTech - AATI offers a broad range of analog and mixed-signal circuits that play a critical role in system design.

These semiconductor solutions offer designers highly flexible power management options, lower component counts, less design complexity, and smaller board space requirements. AnalogicTech is a single source of power management solutions for mobile and line powered consumer electronics devices. 

Unique to AnalogicTech - AATI is the concept of "Fabless without Foundries". Instead of using standard fab process technologies, AnalogicTech - AATI has created its own optimized process technologies and installs them in older generation DRAM fabs, thus turning these fabs into highly effective manufacturing partners.

Compared to linear-IC legacy fabs and generic digital CMOS foundries, AnalogicTech's Modular BCD provides more cost-effective fabrication of analog, power and mixed-signal ICs by monolithically integrating fully-isolated CMOS at multiple voltages, complementary bipolar transistors and robust power devices. This process leverages the advanced capabilities of cost-depreciated former DRAM fabs and avoids complex techniques such as epitaxy and high-temperature diffusion.
